In order to participate, you must submit your name, date of birth, and type of donation (blood or platelets) no later than 3pm on Thursday Dec 13 to info@churchofgooddeeds.org or by sending a message to our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/ChurchOfGoodDeeds/. 

Please note the donation location is within the Port Authority Bus Terminal, South Wing (entry at 625 8th Avenue between 40/41 Streets), most of the way back on the right hand side, after the barber shop!
